Maintenance — the key to keeping your warranty active
To maintain all coverage in force, simply have your ORA 5 serviced every 12 months or 15,000 kilometers (whichever comes first), or every 12 months or 20,000 kilometers (whichever comes first) if your ORA 5 is electric (BEV), strictly following the manufacturer's recommendations. Roadside assistance — you'll never be alone
With GWM Mobility Assistance, you have roadside assistance for 24 months from the date you take delivery of your vehicle. And every time you have your vehicle serviced following the manufacturer’s guidelines, your GWM Mobility Assistance will be automatically renewed for another 12 months, at no extra cost.
This assistance can remain active throughout your vehicle's warranty period. Because wherever you go, GWM goes with you.
